GRIEF RECOVERY COMPLETION
Last week was the last official meeting of our Grief Recovery Program. For twelve weeks we have grown closer and closer, each sharing our own very personal journey of processing grief. I wish every human being would be encouraged to go through this program. It was a valuable learning and healing experience for all of us. We now continue..........
JEWEL UPDATE
Today was a beautiful, sunny day made even more beautiful by the site of Jewel (our beagle) running on all FOUR legs! Reiki Sue has graciously given Jewel two more Reiki treatments and it appears that our happy little pooch is about 90% healed from her torn knee ligament. She is just so happy . . . wagging her tail so much, her whole body wig continue..........

Jewel's Story....
It was the yelp we heard as we were calling our dogs back inside that first alerted us that something was wrong. The snow was still knee high this past February and difficult for our little beagle to maneuver through. CREATING A LIFE BLUEPRINT
The first step in building anything is to design a good blueprint to follow. It is much easier to erase a wall and relocate it on paper than it is to do after the wall is actually built! As my husband and I begin to design our lives consciously, we realize that we also need a good blueprint to follow.

Special Moments
Today held a special treat for both my husband and me. We learned of a charming day spa located near Erie, Pennsylvania about two hours from our home. We decided to give each other (and ourselves) the gift of a day together allowing ourselves to be pampered. We could feel the “ahhhhh” just thinking about the services we would enjoy.
