Two of the most common headaches are:

1. Tension-  Usually a sufferer will experience a band of pressure.  These types of headaches typically allow you to function but are due to physical or emotional stress on the body.

2. Migraine- Can cause you to feel nausea, sensitivity to light and sound, and sometimes intense pain.  They are believed to be caused by enlargement of blood vessels, which stretches nerves, releasing chemicals causing inflammation, pain and further enlargement.
